As the precast industry moves toward low-clinker cements to reduce CO₂ emissions, manufacturers often face slower hydration kinetics and delayed strength gain. The new generation of accelerating admixtures provide a flexible solution that maintains high-speed production without sacrificing quality or durability.
A Synergistic Three-Product Powerhouse

MasterCO₂re HES 30: A next-generation superplasticizer that combines water reduction and hardening acceleration. It uses the Intelligent Cluster System technology to organize superplasticizer and seeds into stable clusters, creating optimal conditions for early hydration.
Master X-Seed 300 NEXT: The latest evolution in crystal-based acceleration. By providing synthetically engineered seeds with an ultra-fine particle size, it promotes faster nucleation of hydration products and a denser concrete microstructure.
MasterBoost 3000: A strength-booster specifically for SCM-rich mixes. It enhances the dissolution of cement phases, ensuring a sufficient supply of reactive species to fully activate the acceleration pathways.
